**The role**

* You will join the Business Process Team and shape how network operations work.
* End-to-end processes that drive network transformation and automation are yours to design, improve and govern.
* Business stakeholders, operational teams and technical teams find their connection in you, as you translate business needs into clear processes, requirements and functional specifications.
* Using the BPMN 2.0 standard, you model AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
* KPIs help you monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, automation and customer experience.
* Your scope covers the network lifecycle, from planning and rollout to activation, service assurance, maintenance and sometimes phase-out.
* Complex challenges become clear, effective processes that support efficient, scalable and future-ready telecom operations.
