Jobomschrijving

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing a portfolio of clients across Brussels and Belgium.

From first contact to long-term partnership, you'll own the entire sales cycle.

You will:

* Identify and approach new clients
* Build relationships with decision-makers and executives
* Understand business challenges and propose the right consulting solution
* Sell AI expertise
* Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals
* Work closely with recruiters to match the right consultants to client needs
* Follow consultants on-site and ensure long-term client satisfaction
* Continuously expand your network and market knowledge
