Business Development Manager - Legal Sector

Our client is the Belgian branch of a large global professional services group with more than 50,000 people worldwide. The legal practice in Belgium has grown quickly to around 65 professionals. The firm covers a wide range of legal areas and is now looking for a Business Development Manager to structure and lead its commercial and marketing activities.

Jobomschrijving

The firm is now strengthening and organizing its Business Development & Marketing function. Today, BD is managed directly by senior leadership, and the goal is to centralize and professionalize these activities under a dedicated manager.

**Main responsibilities include:**

* Lead and coordinate the marketing team (3 people) * Build and structure BD processes for the firm. * Support Partners in client development and follow-up. * Prepare and improve proposals, pitches and go-to-market initiatives. * Ensure consistent communication and branding across all offices. * Work closely with senior leadership on commercial strategy. * Collaborate with teams across Belgium and visit different offices when needed.
