* Develop and execute a commercial growth strategy for the DACH region.
* Identify, prospect and convert new customers across targeted industrial sectors.
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
* Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
* Understand customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
* Lead negotiations and successfully close commercial agreements.
* Collaborate closely with internal technical, operational and customer service teams.
* Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events and customer meetings.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
* Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.

* **€70,000 gross annual salary**
