As part of its continued growth, the company is looking for an Account Manager / Business Development Manager to develop and strengthen its presence across the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing an existing portfolio of customers across the DACH region.

You will act as a trusted partner to your customers, identifying opportunities, providing tailored packaging solutions, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement a commercial strategy for the DACH market.
* Identify, prospect and acquire new customers across targeted industries.
* Manage and expand an existing portfolio of key accounts.
* Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
* Understand customer needs and propose customized packaging solutions.
* Lead commercial negotiations and close new business opportunities.
* Prepare quotations in collaboration with internal technical and customer service teams.
* Coordinate projects internally to ensure successful implementation.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer developments.
* Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events.
* Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management through the CRM system.
