**Responsibilities**
* Translate complex business and user needs into clear, documented, and validated requirements.
* Support the continuous development and improvement of the data collection and reporting platform.
* Facilitate feedback sessions with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to identify optimization opportunities.
* Participate in functional feature testing to validate new functionalities before rollout.
* Collaborate with the Product Owner to assist in scheduling, prioritization, and sprint planning.
* Identify process integration needs and act as a sparring partner for business process harmonization.

- Functionele behoeften van de onderneming of de klant analyseren De technische eigenschappen van het product bepalen volgens het lastenboek
- Technische oplossingen uitwerken Configuraties of architectuur voorstellen, evalueren en keuzes voorstellen die zijn aangepast aan de functionele behoeften
- Technische en functionele problemen analyseren Corrigerende acties, technische aanpassingen, ... voorstellen
- Behoeften van de klant of gebruiker analyseren Het functioneel lastenboek opstellen (specificaties, termijnen, kosten, ...)
- Behoeften van de opdrachtgever identificeren Vakprocessen analyseren Opportuniteit en uitvoerbaarheid evalueren
- Normen, standaarden, methodes, tools en procedures voor betrouwbaarheid, onderzoek of informaticaproductie bepalen en toepassen (kwaliteit, beveiliging, ...)
- Functionele oplossingen formaliseren en bepalen Evoluties en functionele uitbreidingen van het informatiesysteem voorstellen aan de opdrachtgever
- Bedrijfsprocessen analyseren
