B2B Collections / Accounts Receivable Agent - Alabang

About this role

We are hiring for B2B Collections / Accounts Receivable Agents to join a growing team at Alabang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining positive relationships to ensure timely recovery of debts.

Key Responsibilities Contact customers via phone and email to collect overdue payments Negotiate payment arrangements and offer suitable solutions to delinquent accounts Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions Provide excellent customer service while handling difficult customer situations Collaborate with team members and management to meet collection targets Follow company policies and legal guidelines during collection processes Requirements At least a senior high school graduate Must have at least 2 years of B2B collections and Accounts Receivable experience Must be conversant in both spoken and written English Amenable to work fully on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule Can start ASAP Benefits Free HMO Free Dependents Night Differential Program Incentives
