ASSOCIATE LAWYER - CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Associate Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a bright and ambitious lawyer with a solid foundation in Corporate and Commercial law, looking to further develop their career within a dynamic legal environment. The selected candidate will be exposed to a wide range of corporate transactions and commercial matters, while also benefiting from close mentorship and hands-on experience across multiple legal areas.
This position offers a unique opportunity with greater involvement in shadowing a Founding Partner and working across a broader range of legal areas. It is particularly suited for individuals eager to learn from a highly established and recognized lawyer within the emerging tech and gaming sector.
Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and business advisory services to clients in line with high professional standards

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements and documentation

• Support corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures

• Liaise with clients on corporate, commercial, and cross-border matters

• Assist in managing client matters, deadlines, and follow-up actions

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Law

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Corporate and Commercial law or related area

• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
