* Advising private equity firms, corporates and financial institutions on Banking & Finance matters
* Working on acquisition finance transactions, corporate lending and debt capital markets
* Assisting with insolvency-related aspects of finance transactions
* Conducting in-depth legal research and drafting legal documentation
* Working closely with senior associates and partners on complex files
* Building strong client relationships through clear and pragmatic advice
