This role works closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Finance, and external vendors to ensure delivery excellence, release readiness, and strong operational discipline. <br>They oversee multiple teams/pods, provide hands‑on delivery leadership when needed, and co-own release management, metrics, vendor coordination, and cross‑functional alignment. <br>This position is ideal for a senior delivery professional who combines servant leadership with strong operational rigor and can operate effectively at the team, release, and organizational levels. </p> <p>This position is based at our <strong>Bangalore</strong>, India office. </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></span></p> <p><strong>Agile Team & Pod Delivery Oversight</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Oversee delivery health across multiple Scrum teams and pods, adjusting involvement based on team maturity. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coach Scrum Masters and Delivery Leads, including 1:1 support as needed. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Serve as a mediator for friction, capacity constraints, and delivery risks. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintain oversight of maintenance-only and production-support teams, ensuring scope discipline. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure capacity alignment with Product and Engineering leadership. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Release Management & Execution</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Co-own end-to-end release responsibilities including:  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Release planning, kickoff, and facilitation </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Release deck creation, updates, and stakeholder communication </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Release retrospectives and action tracking </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Participation in Release Command Center rotations </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Act as backup host for sprint reviews or release ceremonies. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Enforce release best practices, communication, and escalation standards. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Release Planning, Metrics & Insights</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain release capacity plans for feature teams. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Perform velocity analysis and identify delivery risks. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate staffing, roster changes, and security component rotations. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Track and analyze release progress using Jira and sprint analytics. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintain historical release documentation and produce actionable insights. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support productivity and AI adoption tracking tied to cost and throughput. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Contribute to release impact scoring and continuous improvement. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Delivery Operations & Administration</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Own or support release-related Confluence spaces, documentation, and future schedules. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintain calendars and schedules considering global/regional constraints. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Participate in delivery, pod, and product syncs with clear, concise updates. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Enable cross-pod coordination and consistent delivery standards. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Vendor & Partnership Management</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Support strategic delivery partnerships (e.g., Global Logic) through reviews and scorecards. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Facilitate recognition, feedback loops, onboarding, and offboarding. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure timely access provisioning/de-provisioning. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Act as escalation point for vendor delivery or access issues. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Financial & Capacity Governance</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Support contractor/vendor financial processes including backfill approvals and coordination with Finance/HR. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Review monthly invoices for accuracy and…
