• Content creation: Create and edit simple, on-brand graphics or posts, potentially using tools like Canva.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills: The ability to prioritize effectively and manage a workload independently and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills: Must be proficient in both written and verbal communication, as the role involves client interaction via email and social media.

• Customer service orientation: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and the ability to engage with customers professionally.

• Attention to detail: The ability to input data accurately and proofread social media posts to ensure a professional and consistent brand voice.

• Self-motivated and adaptable: The virtual nature of the role requires discipline and self-motivation, as well as the ability to adapt to new tasks and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar remote role is preferred. Experience in a customer-facing role is also valuable.
