As a successful **Account Manager Bio process - Pharma industry - ENG**, you will have the following responsibilities:

* Manage and grow **long-term relationships with existing international customers**, acting as the main point of contact (especially with procurement teams) for the sales & after sales topics. * Lead **commercial activities** such as pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and business reviews while ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues. * Act as a **bridge between customers and internal teams** (product, QA, logistics), translating customer needs into business insights, opportunities, and risks. You coordinate customer requests, solve issuses & handle complaints. * Perform **sales analysis, reporting, and forecasting**, contributing to budgeting and strategic planning, while maintaining CRM/ERP data.
