In this role, you will oversee accounting and reporting activities for centrally managed costs and third-party managed assets while acting as a trusted finance partner to key stakeholders.

* Partner with central functions such as IT, Legal and other support teams on financial performance and cost management. * Own the accounting, reporting and control of centrally managed expenditures. * Manage the reporting and relationship with third-party property owners, ensuring accurate information and timely responses to inquiries. * Review monthly financial results, analyse variances and provide clear financial insights. * Coordinate month-end closing activities, reconciliations and intercompany recharges. * Drive process improvements, strengthen controls and support systems-related initiatives. * Lead, coach and develop a small team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
