* **Technical Support:**Handle and resolve customer technical issues via phone or ticketing system, ensuring quick and efficient solutions.
* **Network Monitoring & Maintenance:**Support the implementation and maintenance of network systems such as WiFi, VoIP, IPTV, and more, while monitoring systems to ensure operational continuity.
* **Configuration & Integration:**Assist in the initial configuration of network equipment and ensure seamless integration into existing customer environments.
* **Customer Service:**Provide both proactive and reactive support to customers, working closely with the technical team to resolve network issues.
* **Solution-Oriented Approach:**Identify and document technical problems, contributing to process improvements to prevent future incidents.

Gevraagde vaardigheden
- De configuratie en architectuur van de informatiesystemen opvolgen en bijwerken naargelang de ontwikkelingen
- Een interventie uitvoeren: Vanop afstand
- De informatica-infrastructuur selecteren of installeren (software, hardware, ...)
- Een systeem beheren: Netwerk (LAN, MAN, WAN, ...)
- De middelen bepalen die nodig zijn om het probleem op te lossen en de oproep indien nodig bijsturen (onderhoud ter plaatse, gespecialiseerde technicus, ...)
- Een hardware- of softwareprobleem vanop afstand diagnosticeren
