* Leading projects with a strong emphasis on the contents of AI-driven solutions (whether classical Machine Learning, generative AI and agentic AI).
* Collaborating closely with AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, UX and UI designers, architects, business and functional analysts to deliver projects that are innovative and rigorous within timeline and budget.
* Driving value by ensuring exceptional feature quality while also shaping and transforming our clients' business operations and models.
* Facilitating workshops and iteration meetings with clients to distill vision into practical, value-creating deliverables.
* Supervising full project cycles: from ideation, design, development to deployment and operations, always keeping excellence, ethics, transparency, and real-world relevance at the heart of delivery.
* Acting as a knowledge facilitator: ensuring knowledge gained in each project (AI-based, technical architecture, domain learnings) is captured, shared, and leveraged across the team.
* Driving professional growth and motivation: coaching teams of technical and consulting talent to push boundaries while prioritizing well-being and professional development.
* Actively contributing to B12 Consulting's management and Yuma's innovation pipeline, shaping the evolution of B12 and Yuma as well as of the next generation of content-driven AI offerings.
