We're launching a nationally recognized youth sports brand focused on helping children develop confidence, healthy habits, teamwork, and a lifelong love of physical activity through fun, professionally-run sports programs.
We're looking for an entrepreneurial leader to help grow and operate the business in Colorado Springs. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build something meaningful, make a lasting impact in the community, and potentially earn a pathway toward ownership.
The Opportunity
A recent career transition has created the need for a business-minded leader to take the lead in day-to-day growth and operations.
You'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of youth sports in Colorado Springs while building relationships with families, schools, coaches, and community partners.
This role is ideal for someone who has always wanted to own or operate a business but doesn't want to start from scratch.
For many of the children we serve, you'll be helping create their very first sports experience. Whether it's a toddler kicking a soccer ball for the first time or a preschooler learning to work as part of a team, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact during some of the most important developmental years of a child's life.
What You'll Do
Grow youth sports programs throughout Colorado Springs
Build relationships with schools, preschools, childcare centers, and community organizations
Recruit, train, and support part-time coaches
Oversee scheduling and program operations
Deliver exceptional experiences for children and families
Support marketing, enrollment, and community outreach efforts
Help develop new partnerships and growth opportunities
Lead and coach youth sports classes, camps, and enrichment programs, primarily serving children ages 1-10
Create a fun, energetic, and positive environment that helps children build confidence and develop a love of sports
Requirements

Enjoys working directly with young children and families
Comfortable leading groups of children, often ages 1-6, in active and engaging sports-based activities
Youth sports management experience is preferred but not required. We're looking for the right person, not the perfect resume.

Compensation & Ownership Opportunity
This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build a business rather than simply work for one.
Compensation is tied to growth, performance, and long-term success. Coaching opportunities and limited operational compensation may be available initially, but candidates should not expect a large guaranteed salary from day one.
While income may be modest during the early stages of growth, the long-term earning potential can be significant due to the recurring revenue nature of the business, scalability of the model, and substantial opportunity within the Colorado Springs market.
The right individual will have the opportunity to earn increasing compensation through business growth, revenue participation, profit sharing, and equity ownership.
For the right candidate, we are open to creative structures that may include little or no upfront investment in exchange for active leadership, operational responsibility, and long-term commitment to growing the business.
