Position Overview We are seeking experienced Woodworking Assembly Associates to help build custom tables and furniture in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities Assemble custom tables and furniture using hand tools and handheld power tools Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate construction Use a tape measure and shop equipment (including table saws) to measure and cut materials Work closely with team members to complete complex furniture builds Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while following safety protocols Requirements Previous woodworking or furniture assembly experience, preferably in a woodworking or manufacturing environment Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience using hand tools, handheld power tools, and power equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-based production setting Benefits Why Join Us Competitive hourly rate $19.00 - $24.00, depending on experience 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday 10 hour schedule) Overtime available on Fridays Work with a skilled team producing custom, high-quality furniture Join a stable company with over 50 years of craftsmanship Health and welfare benefits available including 401k with company match Paid time off and paid holidays
