This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including VMware, CyberArk, and AWS, while contributing to critical infrastructure projects.</p> <h3 data-start="1312" data-end="1342"><strong data-start="1316" data-end="1340">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul data-start="1343" data-end="2310"> <li data-start="1343" data-end="1450">Lead the <strong data-start="1354" data-end="1397">design, implementation, and maintenance</strong> of Windows server and virtualization environments.</li> <li data-start="1451" data-end="1555"><strong data-start="1453" data-end="1476">Manage and optimize</strong> VMware infrastructure, including vSphere, vCenter, and related technologies.</li> <li data-start="1556" data-end="1689">Oversee the administration of <strong data-start="1588" data-end="1623">Critical Infrastructure systems</strong>, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.</li> <li data-start="1690" data-end="1795">Develop and implement <strong data-start="1714" data-end="1739">automation strategies</strong> using tools such as Ansible and PowerShell scripting.</li> <li data-start="1796" data-end="1885">Manage and maintain <strong data-start="1818" data-end="1862">identity and access management solutions</strong>, including CyberArk.</li> <li data-start="1886" data-end="1964">Lead the <strong data-start="1897" data-end="1942">migration of on-premises workloads to AWS</strong> cloud environments.</li> <li data-start="1965" data-end="2040">Provide <strong data-start="1975" data-end="2014">technical leadership and mentorship</strong> to junior team members.</li> <li data-start="2041" data-end="2137">Develop and maintain <strong data-start="2064" data-end="2095">comprehensive documentation</strong> for systems, processes, and procedures.</li> <li data-start="2138" data-end="2222">Participate in <strong data-start="2155" data-end="2176">on-call rotations</strong> and provide support for critical incidents.</li> <li data-start="2223" data-end="2310">Collaborate with <strong data-start="2242" data-end="2268">cross-functional teams</strong> to deliver IT projects and initiatives.</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2312" data-end="2334"><strong data-start="2316" data-end="2332">Requirements</strong></h3> <ul data-start="2335" data-end="3289"> <li data-start="2335" data-end="2425"><strong data-start="2337" data-end="2358">Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li> <li data-start="2426" data-end="2537"><strong data-start="2428" data-end="2447">Minimum 5 years</strong> of experience in <strong data-start="2465" data-end="2498">Windows server administration</strong> and <strong data-start="2503" data-end="2534">virtualization technologies</strong>.</li> <li data-start="2538" data-end="2617">Strong expertise in <strong data-start="2560" data-end="2583">VMware technologies</strong>, including vSphere and vCenter.</li> <li data-start="2618" data-end="2678">Experience managing <strong data-start="2640" data-end="2675">Critical Infrastructure systems</strong>.</li> <li data-start="2679" data-end="2773">Proficiency in <strong data-start="2696" data-end="2724">automation and scripting</strong>, particularly with…
