As a <span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><strong>Website Onboarding Specialist</strong></span>, you will make our company motto of “more reservations, happier guests” a reality by providing outstanding customer account management and creating great websites that our customers from around the world will be proud of. </span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><strong>Location: </strong></span>Remote</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><strong>Working shifts:</strong><strong> 3 PM to 12 AM UTC (8 am to 5 pm California Time) </strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Conceptualize and use a consultative approach in creating high-quality, professional hospitality websites for our customers through our in-house website builder </span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Manage the website onboarding projects and service delivery timelines of multiple accounts </span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Manage all records and upkeep all task management systems related to website service delivery </span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Directly work with and effectively communicate with our different customer profiles through video calls, emails, and voice calls </span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Collaborate with a team of website designers to deliver websites on time </span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Assist with website service scoping or answer questions from potential customers </span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Investigate website errors or support, research, and suggest website service improvements </span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Manage internal escalations and coordinate with internal teams to give website onboarding updates or resolve customer concerns </span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Onboard customers effectively and publish quality websites efficiently by following internal standard procedures and collaborating with a team of website designers </span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Use graphic design tools to create visual elements that are in line with our customers’ branding </span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Resourceful and can research and develop content to build websites quickly </span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Passionate about meeting customers from all over the world and happy to provide them with genuine customer service</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Problem solver, resolves and handles customer complaints </span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Up to date with website trends and website development techniques that are most effective in engaging consumers</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Able to handle multiple…
