Web Administrator (YourMembership Platform Specialist)

VirtueStaff is seeking a focused and experienced Web Administrator to take full ownership for our client's digital platform. This position is explicitly for a professional who has hands-on, practical experience managing websites and member portals built on the YourMembership (YM) software ecosystem. You will be responsible for routine content updates, site maintenance, and ensuring our web presence remains optimized for our community.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations, formatting, and performance of our website using the YourMembership backend
Execute text, graphic, layout, and structural updates to the website to ensure information is accurate and timely
Maintain and configure built-in YourMembership features (such as member directories, event calendars, or portal pages) as needed
Meticulously review web changes across desktop and mobile views to ensure perfect formatting and seamless navigation
Requirements
Software Mastery (Mandatory): Direct, professional experience managing and making backend updates to a website running on the YourMembership platform
Comfort managing website content, working with basic HTML/CSS (if required by the platform templates), and organizing digital assets
Core Competencies: Razor-sharp attention to detail, strong self-management skills, and a high degree of organizational reliability
