To ensure efficient warehouse operations through accurate receiving, storage, record-keeping, and timely issuance of materials, while maintaining inventory accuracy and preventing damage, shortages, and losses.

• Receiving, weighing, storing, and issuing inventory items from the warehouse.

• Checking received goods and materials against accompanying documents.

• Sorting and arranging inventory items by type, purpose, and other relevant criteria.

• Coordinating the loading, unloading, and movement of goods within the warehouse.

• Preparing and assembling orders based on requests from internal departments.

• Preparing documentation related to defects, repairs, write-offs, shortages, and damaged items.

• Maintaining warehouse inventory records and reports on the movement of materials.

• Ensuring proper storage of inventory items and participating in stocktaking activities.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar position.

• Understanding of goods receiving, storage, order picking, and issuing processes.

• Experience working with accompanying documents and maintaining inventory records.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel and/or warehouse management software.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a responsible approach to work.

• English: reading technical documentation.
