Overview

The Warehouse/Stock Clerk handles the receiving, unpacking, staging, inventorying, and shipment of materials and electronic equipment. They prepare orders for delivery or return, document shipment details, report damages, and manage packaging disposal. The role includes setting up and repackaging computer equipment, operating material‑handling vehicles, using inventory and bar‑coding systems, and supporting asset processing in systems like RIIKS and CMPro.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment. Record shipment data, including weight and dimensions.

• Receive and unpack materials/supplies.

• Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes.

• Set up laptops, workstations, and tablets for imaging. Repackage computers into original boxes.

• Break down excess packaging material and sort for disposal (recycling or trash).

• Prepare shipments for return to vendors or delivery to the recipient.

• Performs inventory, staging, packing, storage, and shipping of electronic equipment and related material.

• Operates motor vehicles and material handling equipment.

• Responsible for the utilization of the computer-based inventory and bar-coding system for entry, identification, and tracking of material.

• Assists in the material handling of assets during the integration phase of the RIIKS process.

• Assists in receiving assets into the CMPro database for inventory purposes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Two (2) years of warehouse experience, including performing inventory, staging, packing, storage, and shipping of electronic and related material; operating motor vehicles and material handling equipment.
