Warehouse Pick/Packer

About this role

As the Warehouse Pick Packer & Inventory Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives their PERGOLUX order on time, in perfect condition, and aligned with our premium standards. You will support the full spectrum of warehouse operations — from accurate picking and packing to stock control and general workflow efficiency — contributing directly to our commitment to operational excellence. WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Pick products accurately according to order sheets and prepare them for timely dispatch.

- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring all components and accessories are included.

- Receive incoming stock, verify delivery accuracy, and restock warehouse shelves.

- Update inventory systems, conduct stock counts, and report discrepancies promptly.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment while supporting daily team operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related roles is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

- Physical capability to safely handle boxes and materials as part of daily tasks.

- Reliable, punctual, and a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse systems; a forklift license is a plus.
