To strengthen our operations team, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Warehouse Coordinator**.

Job Description

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supporting smooth inbound and outbound logistics operations. You will act as a key link between warehouse staff, customers, transport providers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. * Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing. * Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock reconciliations. * Process warehouse transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). * Prepare and follow up warehouse schedules and operational planning. * Communicate with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams. * Support customs and logistics documentation processes. * Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies and inventory issues. * Monitor operational KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
