* Receive, register and verify loading and transport documents for incoming and outgoing goods
* Manage the administrative receipt of traded and manufactured goods, including checks on quantities and documentation
* Create and process loading documents in line with internal procedures and customer requirements
* Follow up daily planning and proactively anticipate changes, delays, or priorities
* Support reception desk, assisting truck drivers with the correct documents and guiding them through the loading/unloading process
