Our new staff will implement our Service Excellence Culture at our fully renovated resort in Crete, Rocrita Lifestyle Beach Resort, which is located in the charming area of Mochlos, Crete. Our hotel is a haven for travelers seeking a refined and inspirational stay with their loved ones, and will be opening its doors for the season 2026. This is a great opportunity for someone who aspires to develop her/himself and become part of an innovative and vibrant team of hospitality professionals who aim high!

Position Summary
The waiter ensures that all guests are served according to Ella Resorts Service Standards in the Restaurant / Bar / Lounge areas. Displays highest standards of hospitality and welcome, demonstrated at all times within all food and beverage areas. Takes orders for, serves (when applicable, prepares) food and beverages for guests as per the Ella Resorts standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
Strictly follows personal grooming & hygiene standards for self and others
Makes guests feel welcome in the outlet, directs and supervises service
Interacts and communicates with guests
Emphasizes on the sequence of service
Follows “Clean as you go policy” and always keeps work area clean
Handles guest complaints or comments in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
Promotes and maintains good relationships with the kitchen and other restaurant staff
Ensures proper hand over to the next shift and logs information’s in detail
Handles opening/closing checklist and makes sure that appropriate actions are taken to have checklists maintained
Requirements
Three or more years’ working experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel
Degree/Diploma in Tourism is desirable
Excellent knowledge of English language
A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
