We are looking for a**VP of Infrastructure**to define and own the end-to-end infrastructure strategy of a fast-scaling**AI-native platform**. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership across cloud, reliability, DevOps, and platform engineering.

VP of Infrastructure - The Role

* Own the**end-to-end infrastructure strategy**, ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience across all systems.
* Lead the design of**cloud-native architectures**across AWS / GCP / Azure, supporting high-scale distributed workloads.
* Drive the evolution of**CI/CD, release engineering, and deployment systems**, enabling fast and safe product delivery.
* Define and enforce**reliability standards**including SLOs, incident response, and post-incident learning processes.
* Oversee**platform observability**, ensuring full visibility across systems through metrics, logging, and tracing.
* Lead critical decisions around**networking, IAM, security architecture, and disaster recovery design (RTO/RPO)**.
