About this role

Veganuary is a UK-registered charity that inspires and supports people to try plant-based eating every January. Behind the campaign is a growing community of people who believe that small, joyful changes add up to a big difference for animals, the planet and our health. Veganuary Champions are set to become the heart of that community. As a Volunteer CommunityCoordinator, you'll bring people together, spread the Veganuary word in your local area, and help others take their first steps towards plant-based living; all in a warm, welcoming and completely non-judgemental way. This is a flexible volunteer role designed to fit around your life.
There's no experience necessary, just enthusiasm, kindness and a love of good food and good company.
The essentials

• Role: Veganuary Champion: Community Coordinator (volunteer)

• Location: Your local community — wherever you are.

• Time commitment: 1-4 hours per week during peak times (November, December and January), flexible around your lifestyle. Outside these months, a monthly check-in is all we ask, with the potential of organising an informal summer meetup in your area.

• Reports to: The Veganuary Community Team.
