What You’ll Do

You will be the face and voice of Edmentum for students who depend on you to show up every day, live on camera, fully present and fully prepared. As a Virtual French Teacher, you bring your classroom to life through a screen: connecting with students in real time, personalizing learning for every individual, and creating an online environment where students feel seen, supported, and motivated to succeed. Live, synchronous, on-camera instruction is the heart of this role — it is what our students, families, and partner schools depend on every instructional day. This role is for educators who thrive in a fast-moving digital environment and who believe that great live teaching is the core of great learning, regardless of the medium.

In this role you will:

• Deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five (5) or more hours per day, every scheduled instructional day, creating an engaging and structured virtual classroom experience that inspires student participation and achievement. This live instructional delivery is an essential function of the role.

• Use student performance data to personalize instruction, identify learning gaps, and adapt your approach to meet each student where they are.
