What You'll Do
Manage Vendor Onboarding Activities
Manage and support a regional client portfolio as part of a collaborative team.
Create, schedule, and administer onboarding activities and tasks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date onboarding statuses throughout the process.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for vendors across multiple accounts and regions.
Coordinate Vendor Information & Contract Updates
Maintain vendor documentation and information within company systems.
Support ongoing contract maintenance and data updates.
Verify data accuracy with external vendors to ensure alignment with agreed business relationships and customer requirements.
Analyze & Resolve Onboarding Challenges
Review and analyze onboarding processes to identify obstacles and improvement opportunities.
Research, evaluate, and support the selection of alternative suppliers when onboarding challenges arise.
Assist in resolving onboarding issues while ensuring service continuity.
Communication & Stakeholder Support
Provide clear communication regarding onboarding status, progress, and completion timelines.
Collaborate with vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams across different geographical regions.
Support additional projects and responsibilities assigned by management.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Required Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
Basic working knowledge of customer or vendor onboarding processes.
Proven service delivery experience supporting enterprise applications.
Experience working with stakeholders across multiple geographical regions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts while maintaining positive relationships.
Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional team members.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with detailed execution.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in vendor management, customer onboarding, procurement, or supplier operations environments.
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes.
Experience maintaining vendor data and documentation within enterprise systems.
Exposure to global operations and multinational business environments.
Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process optimization opportunities.
