**What will you do?**

**\* Independently prepare dishes according to our menu.**

**\* Monitor hygiene and HACCP standards.**

**\* Work together with a passionate team and support colleagues during busy periods.**

**\* Manage and check stock and orders.**

**\* Supervise and guide kitchen assistants.**

**\* Prepare ingredients independently.**

**\* Apply basic cooking techniques.**

**\* Provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, dishes and cooking methods.**

**\* Be responsible for stock and ordering management.**

**\* Provide professional guidance and technical supervision to kitchen assistants.**

**What do we offer?**

**\* A temporary 2-year employment contract with a 38-hour working week.**
