Qualifications:
• Clinical Experience of 2 years
• Coding Experience: 1 to 2 years
• Must have USRN & PHRN and Active CPC/CCS Certificate
• Additional Skill: 1 to 2 years of Coding Experience
Responsibilities:
• Perform medical coding for US healthcare records with focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure timely coding.
• Provider Queries (CDI): Clarify vague or missing data by sending queries to U.S. healthcare providers.
• Claim Optimization: Ensure accurate billing to reduce immediate insurance claim denials.
• Compliance Audits: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and CMS regulatory standards.
