This role requires a customer-service focused demeanor, a neat and tidy appearance, along with the ability to perform regular patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and provide a visible security presence.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Act as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations, unsafe behavior, or criminal activity</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Perform thorough routine driving patrols of the assigned area including of maintainence equipment storage yards</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Control access points and maintain visitor/vendor logs</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or policy violations</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Communicate effectively over radio, phone, or in person with supervisors, dispatchers, and clients</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and disturbances</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist in evacuations and emergency procedures as required</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain authorized less-than-letahal equipment in compliance with company standards</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for all</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ability to drive a company patrol vehicle in a safe and defensive manner for driving positions</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial,…
