UiPath Dev Lead / Technical Lead

About this role

A UiPath Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using the UiPath platform. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, and ensuring the delivery of efficient and high-quality automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of RPA developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.

• Oversee the coding, testing, and debugging of RPA bots.

• Ensure automation solutions meet quality standards and operate as intended.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure automation solutions align with business needs.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including: Technical design documents, Process design documents, Process maps

• Identify and resolve issues during the development and deployment of RPA processes.

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in RPA technologies and recommend improvements when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role with a strong track record of designing and implementing RPA solutions.

Total experience: 7–12 years

•
Relevant UiPath experience: 5 years

•
Team Lead experience: 4 years

• Proficiency in UiPath.

• Solid understanding of software development principles.

• Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C#, VBScript, and SQL is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
