What You’ll Do

As a Product Designer at AvePoint, you won’t just be "skinning" interfaces; you’ll be architecting solutions. Your responsibilities include:

• Logic-First Design: Translate complex business requirements into logical user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that prioritize ease of use over mere decoration.

• Data-Driven Iteration: Use insights from user research, heatmaps, and analytics to identify friction points and propose design-led solutions.

• Design System Governance: Contribute to and maintain our global design system, ensuring every component is reusable, accessible, and scalable.
