UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. - Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience. - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements: - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and relevant projects. - Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
