For a family-run company in the tyre sector, we are looking for an experienced tyre fitter to join the branch in Destelbergen.

Our client works for cars, trucks, agriculture and industry, and runs several branches across Belgium.

**Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?**

* You fit, repair and balance tyres. Plenty of trucks and agricultural vehicles, so proper work with heavy equipment.
* You work cleanly and safely. A wheel that is not perfectly secured is never an option.
* You step in wherever you are needed. In a small team, everyone pitches in.
* After six months to a year, once you know the job inside out, you also join roadside call-outs. The employer pays for the training and your category C licence.

* A starting wage of 17.50 euro per hour (joint committee 112). After six months you move to 18 euro, and from there you keep growing up to 20 euro.
* Your category C licence and the training that goes with it, fully paid by the employer.
* Once you start doing roadside call-outs, meal vouchers and an on-call allowance are added on top.
* A branch that runs like its own small company. Short lines, no anonymous structure above your head.
