Requirements
YOU WILL
Monitor and manage the company’s day-to-day cash flow and liquidity position
Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
Manage bank accounts and maintain relationships with financial institutions
Execute and oversee domestic and international payments
Optimize financing structures (including loans, credit facilities, and factoring)
Support activities related to foreign exchange and interest rate risk management (hedging)
Assist in negotiating financial terms with banks and other financial institutions
Monitor financial covenants and ensure timely reporting to the group
Collaborate closely with accounting, controlling, procurement, and sales teams
Participate in treasury process optimization initiatives and implementation of financial tools
YOU NEED
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance
Good understanding of financial instruments and liquidity management
Experience working with electronic banking systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP)
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Very good command of English (minimum B2 level) in an international environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data
High level of accuracy, independence, and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of Chinese would be a strong asset (due to cooperation with partners in the Asia region)
