Japan), and assisting in the origination, execution and syndication of new financings to support our growth.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with ESG reporting to internal stakeholders and external parties, including Second Party Opinion providers, auditors and lenders.  </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Interfacing with debt investors and assist in maintaining and strengthening these relationships, and building new relationships to optimise available loan liquidity for AirTrunk.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(53, 152, 219);"><strong>Your Day to Day</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Loan Origination and Execution: assist in new financing processes including developing and negotiating documentation (including debt term sheet), engagement and preparation of the due diligence and other key advisors (including but not limited to legal and financial) and carriage of the end to end process from debt sizing through to execution and sell down (if required).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Debt Undertakings and ESG/Sustainability: collaborate with multiple AirTrunk teams to ensure ongoing compliance of key reporting, KYC and other financial undertakings.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Periodic Reporting: coordinate and manage ongoing development and project reporting.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Executive Reporting: assist in the preparation of executive, board and sponsor presentations and papers.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Capital Planning: support the Treasury team in the analysis and forecasting of debt capital requirements for existing assets and new expansions, including supplementary workstreams (e.g market DD, valuations, sustainability and green certification).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Investor Relationships: assist with managing local and offshore banking and other lending relationships, and develop knowledge of the loan markets and practices..</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:…
