As a Treasury Analyst based in India, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, control, and scalability of our treasury operations across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Africa.</p> <h3></h3> <h3><strong>What your day-to-day will look like:</strong></h3> <p><strong></strong></p> <ul data-start="686" data-end="1621"> <li data-section-id="t8ijjg" data-start="686" data-end="821">Oversee the end-to-end treasury operational lifecycle, including settlement processes and remittance execution with local partners.</li> <li data-section-id="m5h44a" data-start="822" data-end="922">Manage FX documentation submission and support cross-border payment flows with banking partners.</li> <li data-section-id="7j3le" data-start="923" data-end="1030">Act as the primary operational liaison with local banks and partners, ensuring smooth daily operations.</li> <li data-section-id="j2vqbg" data-start="1031" data-end="1121">Perform accurate and timely reconciliations of settlements and financial transactions.</li> <li data-section-id="rovged" data-start="1122" data-end="1209">Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs.</li> <li data-section-id="vki96m" data-start="1210" data-end="1344">Partner with regional leadership to support the launch and operationalization of new markets across Southeast Asia and South Asia.</li> <li data-section-id="xni3q8" data-start="1345" data-end="1413">Provide operational support to treasury activities in Singapore.</li> <li data-section-id="c9vlhv" data-start="1414" data-end="1520">Act as backup support for African treasury operations, ensuring business continuity across time zones.</li> <li data-section-id="1ox9047" data-start="1521" data-end="1621">Identify and drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.</li> </ul> <hr data-start="1623" data-end="1626"> <h3 data-section-id="n6m8tv" data-start="1628" data-end="1668"><span><strong data-start="1631" data-end="1668">Must-haves to shine in this role:</strong></span></h3> <ul data-start="1670" data-end="2341"> <li data-section-id="1lxfs1i" data-start="1670" data-end="1738">Solid experience in Treasury, Payments, or Financial Operations.</li> <li data-section-id="e14g6c" data-start="1739" data-end="1837">Strong understanding of cross-border payments, remittance flows, and emerging market dynamics.</li> <li data-section-id="1xqlaxv" data-start="1838" data-end="1927">Experience with liquidity and cash management, including multi-currency environments.</li> <li data-section-id="ak9pze" data-start="1928" data-end="2005">Knowledge of FX operations, currency exposure, and conversion mechanisms.</li> <li data-section-id="cjx4i3" data-start="2006" data-end="2097">Strong reconciliation and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large datasets.</li> <li data-section-id="ficfwj" data-start="2098" data-end="2176">Advanced Excel skills; experience with TMS, ERP systems, or SQL is a plus.</li> <li data-section-id="1gj5ouk" data-start="2177"…
