Now, <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">DV</span> group affiliates include two broker dealers, a cryptocurrency market making firm, and a bourgeoning investment adviser.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="641" data-local-id="3db7b8c101de"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Overview: </strong></p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="641" data-local-id="3db7b8c101de">We are hiring a trade desk support engineer to join our IT department to handle L1 thru L3 level support of service requests/incidents in a professional and timely manner. Customer service and production support are the most important aspects of this role.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="706" data-local-id="6d17a07f558d"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="729" data-local-id="9ad0b6038594">Monitoring and alerting of critical trading system environments</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="729" data-local-id="9ad0b6038594">Proactive identification and resolution of production issues</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="729" data-local-id="9ad0b6038594">Development of tools and driving efficiency/stability improvements/ automation with scripting</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="729" data-local-id="9ad0b6038594">Troubleshooting and resolution of complex systems issues</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="729" data-local-id="9ad0b6038594">Production Deployments of all infrastructure components</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="729" data-local-id="9ad0b6038594">Off hours pager support on a rotating schedule</li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="731" data-local-id="db73e6d3f6c4"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Minimum 3 years of relevant experience </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Strong working knowledge of UNIX environment/Unix commands</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Database knowledge with sql - MySQL, InfluxDB</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Strong scripting knowledge - Python/Bash</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Minimum B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Ability to switch and track various ongoing tasks and issues is required</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Attention to detail in problem solving</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Ability to work under pressure within a dynamic trading environment</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience using Jira as a ticket/work request system</li> <li>Experience using Grafana/InfluxDB/Icinga</li> <li>Linux desktop support experience</li> <li>Experience with version control systems such as git/puppet</li> <li>Network troubleshooting and analysis experience</li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="748" data-local-id="1ac93e0b889c"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Benefits: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Discretionary bonus eligibility</li> <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>HSA, FSA, and Dependent Care Options</li> <li>Employer Paid Group Term Life and AD&D insurance</li> <li>Voluntary LTD, Life & AD&D insurance</li> <li>Flexible Vacation policy</li> <li>Retirement plan with employer match</li> </ul> <p><em…
