Job Summary
The Toxicology Lab Technician I supports the analytical testing of nicotine, tobacco, cannabis, hemp-derived, and other consumer products to identify and quantify toxicants, contaminants, and related compounds. This role performs sample preparation, analytical testing, instrument operation, and data review activities in support of laboratory operations and client testing requirements.
The Toxicology Lab Technician I works within a fast-paced, regulated laboratory environment and is responsible for following validated methods, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality systems to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant results. This position supports the laboratory’s commitment to safety, quality, operational excellence, and customer service in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
