We are looking for both part-time and full-time tour guides for the winter season 2026. Work tasks include providing quality and responsible tours in Rovaniemi as well as in other areas of Lapland.

We are only considering applications with the following requirements:

- Driving license permit (B) valid in Finland

- Existing permit to work in the Schengen Area

- Previous tourism industry experience (with references)

- Good English language skills

We are looking for employees with good communication skills, ambition, and punctuality. Working hours and salary are based on position and responsibilities. The salary is higher than the tourism industry market average.

We offer small-group and private tours, focusing on the highest level of quality and authenticity from the point-of-sale to the after-care. All our tours are either private or limited to 8 participants max and we are constantly developing our tours so that they are the most pleasant for our team members and offer the best experience to our guests. Our commitment to responsible tourism ensures operations that preserve the Arctics pristine beauty and traditions.
