This position provides short-term (1–90 day) on-site operational leadership to communities experiencing staffing transitions, vacancies, new acquisitions, performance needs, or stabilization efforts. </p> <p>The role mirrors all responsibilities of a standard Community Manager while providing rapid-deployment support, stabilizing site operations, and ensuring compliance with Asset’s policies, procedures, and service standards.
