Our client Florida Law Firm has an opportunity for a qualified, experienced, andreliableFlorida Probate and Guardianship Paralegalto provide ongoing probate administration, case management, and litigation support.
This is a contract-based opportunity expected to start at approximately6–10 hours per week.

Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Open and manage new probate administration files from start to finish

• Prepare probate petitions, notices, and other court documents

• Identify and inventory estate assets

• Send required notices and obtain proof of service

• Calendar deadlines and monitor case progress

• Prepare final accountings for estates and guardianships

• Prepare petitions for court approval of expenses

• Assist with contested probate matters and litigation documents

• Schedule hearings and coordinate court filings

• Maintain and organize case files using Clio

• Independently manage assignments and follow up on outstanding matters

Paralegal Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of law firm experience

• Strong Florida probate and guardianship administration experience

• Experience opening and managing probate cases independently

• Knowledge of Florida probate and guardianship procedures

• Experience preparing probate petitions, notices, and accountings

• Familiarity with contested probate matters and civil litigation forms

• Experience with Clio case management software

• Strong organizational and case management skills

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

• Highly responsive, reliable, and proactive

• Ability to take initiative and independently manage cases and deadlines

Our Paralegal pay rate starts at$30 per hour.
