To support our growing test activities, we're looking for someone who enjoys making processes smoother, digging into data, and helping the team understand what our machines are really telling us.

**This is what you'll do:**

* You help automate parts of our test setup and reporting so the team can work faster and with fewer manual steps.

* You translate raw test data into clear summaries and technical reports that fit customer requirements.

* You work side-by-side with our test engineers during motor testing campaigns.

* You analyze data from test batches to check how stable and repeatable our processes and motors are.

* You introduce useful AI or scripting tools when they make life easier for the team.
