**Test Coordinator (E2E & UAT)**

**About the role**

We're looking for an experienced Test Coordinator to coordinate End-to-End (E2E) testing activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple teams and stakeholders. In this role, you'll take ownership of coordinating end-to-end testing activities across different testing phases, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements. Acting as the central point of contact for testing-related activities, you'll drive structured test planning, coordinate execution, manage risks and collaborate closely with both business and IT stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery. This position is ideal for someone with proven experience in E2E testing, UAT coordination, and working in Agile/Scrum environments, who enjoys collaborating with both business and technical teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

**Your responsibilities**

* Define and coordinate End-to-End (E2E) testing strategies and test plans. * Ensure testing activities align with both project objectives and business requirements. * Coordinate functional, integration and End-to-End testing across multiple teams. * Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) together with business stakeholders. * Ensure sufficient test scope and coverage throughout the testing lifecycle. * Coordinate test data preparation across systems while ensuring compliance with applicable standards. * Monitor testing progress, identify risks and proactively implement mitigation actions. * Manage defect tracking and coordinate resolution with development teams. * Analyse test results and prepare clear reporting on quality, risks, readiness and Go/No-Go recommendations. * Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers and business users. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA community by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.

**Your profile**

* Proven experience coordinating **End-to-End (E2E) testing** in complex IT environments. * Hands-on experience coordinating **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** with business stakeholders. * Experience creating comprehensive test strategies and test plans. * Strong understanding of functional, integration and end-to-end testing methodologies. * Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** environments. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously. * A proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset. * Good understanding of technical IT concepts such as APIs, web services, client/server applications, frontend, backend and system integrations. * Fluent English together with either Dutch or French.

**Nice to have**

* Experience with non-functional testing coordination. * Experience with test data management. * Knowledge of QA governance and continuous improvement practices. * Experience within large enterprise or digital transformation programmes.
