You aren’t sitting behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Hunt:</strong> Operate within storm-affected areas and meet homeowners where they live.</li> <li><strong>Close:</strong> Build credibility and trust one customer at a time by assessing exterior damage and onboarding new customers.</li> <li><strong>Consult:</strong> Learn to work within a team to provide comprehensive solutions to exterior construction needs; functional or cosmetic, cross-sells and upsells. </li> <li><strong>Grow:</strong> Career progression is built on merit. Master each training plateau with urgency to earn more responsibility and income upside.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Ideal Profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have a <strong>competitive spirit</strong> (ex-athletes, veterans, and former servers/bartenders usually crush it here).</li> <li>You have a valid driver’s license and a clean-ish driving record.</li> <li>You are physically capable of lifting a 50lb ladder to inspect roofs from the gutter line.</li> <li>You’re a "people person" who can build rapport in 30 seconds or less.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Pay & Perks:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>On-Target Earnings:</strong> $80,000 – $150,000 (Top performers exceed this).</li> <li><strong>Guaranteed Base:</strong> $48,100 - Offering stability while you build your pipeline.</li> <li><strong>Growth:</strong> We promote from within.
