About the role
In this temporary consulting role, you will be responsible for compiling and structuring critical component data to create ISA Datasheet documentation. You will work independently to gather information from supplier datasheets, online research, and direct vendor communication. Your structured approach will ensure that large volumes of technical data are accurately managed in Excel.
You are offeredThis role offers the flexibility of fully remote work if needed, allowing you to manage your time independently while contributing to a crucial process plant project in the life science sector. But if you have the possibility and are located in the Stockholm area, you are more than welcome to the office.
Work tasks
This consulting assignment focuses on gathering, verifying, and entering technical component data into Excel to compile comprehensive ISA Datasheet documentation.

• Collect and compile technical data for components used in a process plant.

• Input component data accurately into Excel to build ISA Datasheets.

• Retrieve missing technical information through online research on supplier websites.

• Communicate directly with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain missing component details.

• Manage and structure large datasets of technical documentation.
We are looking for

• Good knowledge document management within life sciences, pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology projects.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets.

• Advanced skills in technical documentation and researching information.

• Professional working proficiency in English.
