The role

We’re looking for a Technical Writer. You will strengthen the tech docs team, part of the Product and Infrastructure department, and help create, maintain and scale customer-facing documentation that’s clear, relevant and reliable.

Your responsibilities:

• Author and maintain customer-facing documentation: conceptual explanations, tutorials and step-by-step instructions, architecture overviews and references.

• Review and revise content authored by other technical writers to ensure quality and completeness.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, solution architects and support engineers to produce insights into user journeys and improve the documentation accordingly.

• Establish best practices on writing style, workflows, docs infrastructure and automations.

We expect you to have:

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing

• Excellent skills in written and spoken English

• Experience with docs-as-code approach (Git, Markdown/MDX)

• Familiarity with concepts in cloud computing (virtual machines and containers, Kubernetes, storage…) and ML/AI (training, inference, fine-tuning…)

• The ability to be flexible in a fast-moving environment while maintaining high quality and caring for customers at every stage

It will be a bonus if you have:

• Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering and automation for authoring and reviewing documentation and problem solving
